What You'll Do Diagnose and repair all makes and models , including domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, heating, and air conditioning systems Perform repairs that meet or exceed manufacturer and industry standards Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience Participate in ongoing training to continue developing your skills Qualifications Virginia State Inspector License (Required) Valid Driver's License Professional automotive tools Strong diagnostic and repair skills ASE Certifications preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discount Two Weeks Paid Vacation Four Paid Personal Days (PTO)
