Automotive Lube Technician

What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Ongoing training and professional development Uniforms provided Supportive, professional dealership environment What You'll Do Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance services Check, top off, and replace fluids including engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns Inspect belts, hoses, tires, and essential vehicle components for wear or damage Relay recommended services and repair needs to service advisors clearly and accurately Document all services performed with attention to detail Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently Keep your work area clean, organized, and in compliance with dealership safety standards Continue building your knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and best practices What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a lube technician or automotive maintenance role preferred Familiarity with basic automotive systems and maintenance services Comfortable using shop tools and diagnostic equipment Strong attention to detail and solid time-management skills Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Owen Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
