This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup. You will greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, communicate with technicians, provide repair recommendations and estimates, and keep customers updated throughout the service process. You will also handle repair orders, warranty processing, scheduling, and customer follow-up.
