Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance services in our Virginia location, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.
Job Responsibilities:
•Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin) accurately and efficiently. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and identifying potential issues. Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials. Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in lubrication services. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Job Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
