We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our reputation for quality automotive care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics with 3+ years experience and a passion for automotive technology to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow your skills while being paid a salary instead of commission. While being paid a salary, you will know how much your check will be each month and no longer have to be worried about the slow times. At the same time, you can take the time you need to do the job right the first time instead of rushing thru so you can get to the next vehicle. Being paid a salary also allows more time for on the job training, while not affecting your pay at the end of the month. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately with the help of master mechanics if needed Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrains, electrical systems, and basic repairs Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, state inspections, tires and fluid replacements. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems effectively with the help of master mechanics if needed Repair or replace components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools. Perform wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety standards. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers or service advisors. Experience 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with schematics interpretation and ability to use on line service information Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and other automotive maintenance tools. Service technician experience combined with excellent customer service skills is essential for success in this role.
