Air-conditioned shop Uniforms Provided What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive service technician at a dealership or large facility A or B level diagnostic and repair capability across drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 20 years of age Virginia state inspection license (or ability to obtain) Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment with low comebacks Strong communication with service advisors and team members ASE certification (one or more) Experience with Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, or Volkswagen vehicles Manufacturer-specific certifications Prior experience using dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds) We're not slowing down — neither should you Since 1988, Southern Team has grown from a single Hyundai store into one of Virginia's most successful dealer groups.
