Brown's Automotive is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Quick Lube Technicians with opportunities to advance into full Automotive Technician positions. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Every day is hands-on. You'll learn how to: Perform oil changes and maintenance services Rotate and balance tires Perform vehicle inspections Check and replace filters Check fluid levels and vehicle systems Assist senior technicians Learn diagnostics and repair procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area Deliver exceptional service to customers As your skills grow, your responsibilities and earning potential grow too.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This position is perfect for someone who: ✔ Already has basic automotive repair knowledge ✔ Has performed oil changes, brakes, tire services, or maintenance work ✔ Likes solving problems ✔ Enjoys working with their hands ✔ Shows up on time and works hard ✔ Wants a long-term career—not just a temporary job ✔ Works well with a team
Bonus Points For:
Automotive school students or graduates Previous shop experience ASE certification (not required) Virginia State Inspector License (not required)
