Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: engine repairs, brake repairs, suspension repairs, and electrical system repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Experience with GM vehicles is preferred.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
