Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle repair. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch service through expert repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities Repair and maintain suspension systems, steering components, driveline systems, brakes, axles, and other critical vehicle systems. Install and modify aftermarket off-road components including lift kits, suspension upgrades, steering upgrades, armor, wheels, tires, and drivetrain components. Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, wheel alignments, and related suspension adjustments. Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently while completing repairs and modifications to manufacturer and shop standards. Read and interpret work orders, installation instructions, and technical manuals to complete repairs accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all shop safety procedures. Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding repair timelines, parts needs, and vehicle concerns. Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and completed work orders. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair, off-road vehicle repair, or 4x4 modification work preferred. Strong knowledge of suspension systems, steering systems, drivetrain components, wheel alignments, and tire service preferred. Experience installing aftermarket off-road accessories and performance upgrades is highly preferred. Familiarity with lifts, alignment machines, tire equipment, and general automotive shop tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment. Must have dependable transportation to and from work. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to lift heavy parts and work in a hands-on shop environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Strong communication skills and positive attitude required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
