Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled (Master/A-level )Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance, particularly with small and medium trucks. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all automotive services are performed to the highest standards.
Shift time:
730am-530pm. Full-time auto technician for servicing all makes and models. Virginia State Inspector and Emissions Inspectors encouraged to apply At least 5 ASE certifications required State inspector and emissions inspector are a bonus Benefits Up to $60 per hour pay rate 80 hours of annual Paid-time-off (PTO) Health Insurance Uniforms and maintenance provided Free breakfast and lunch once a week Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and diesel engine repair. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Experience Proven experience in automotive service, with a focus on small/medium trucks preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various makes and models. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Familiarity with powertrain systems and diesel engine repair is a plus. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in a workshop environment.
