Build relationships with customers, explaining vehicle issues in a way they understand. Confidently recommend and sell the right services and repairs. Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process. Master our proven systems like the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process. Keep pace with a fast, fun, customer-first environment. What You Bring Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills. Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations. A professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
