End-of-Year Rewards:
A performance-based Christmas bonus tracked by your production efficiency. $1.00 for every book hour completed.What You Will Do Day-to-Day:
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
- Correctly diagnose and repair steering, suspension systems, brakes, and alignments.
- Execute standard maintenance and fluid flushes (utilizing Wynn's flush service equipment).
- Perform comprehensive, honest digital multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Keep your bay and shop organized, safe, and clean.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Solid experience as a general service/lube tech or an existing C-level technician who can confidently jump right into tires, brakes, and suspension work.Tools:
A foundational set of your own tools (though the shop provides specialized gear).Mindset:
A strong work ethic focused on quality repairs rather than rushing to turn a quick buck.Personality:
A nice, friendly, and honest person who treats teammates and clients according to the Golden Rule and values a positive, helpful shop environment.- Valid driver's license.
- A Virginia State Inspection license is a major plus, but not required to apply.
Pay:
$18.00- $24.
