is looking for a dependable, friendly, and attentive Customer Service Attendant (CSA) to help keep our car wash clean, welcoming, and operating smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, solving small problems, and taking pride in keeping a property well-maintained. Our site includes self-serve wash bays and a touchless in-bay automatic (IBA) car wash . The attendant will assist customers, maintain cleanliness, perform basic maintenance tasks, and help promote wash memberships and customer loyalty. Key Customer Service Responsibilities Greet customers and welcome them to the car wash. Assist customers with payment kiosks, wash selections, vending machines, and general questions. Help troubleshoot customer issues in a professional and friendly manner. Promote and sell monthly wash memberships. Hand out complimentary products or promotional items as directed. Issue re-washes when needed. Assist with wiping down vehicles when appropriate. Maintain a helpful, visible presence on-site. Site Cleaning & Upkeep Empty trash cans and keep trash areas clean. Clean and rinse self-serve bays regularly. Pick up litter around the property. Keep vacuums, vending areas, automatic wash entrance, and customer areas neat and presentable. Monitor the overall appearance of the site throughout each shift. Basic Maintenance Check chemical levels and replace or refill chemicals as needed. Report equipment issues promptly to ownership. Perform basic troubleshooting for self-serve bays, payment systems, vacuums, and the IBA wash. Keep supplies organized and stocked. Assist with minor maintenance tasks as trained. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks during a shift. Basic mechanical or maintenance aptitude preferred, but not required. Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally. Sales or membership-selling experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed. Ability to bend, reach, sweep, hose down bays, carry trash, and perform light maintenance. Comfortable working around cleaning supplies and car wash equipment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, observant, and willing to take initiative. This person should be comfortable helping customers, keeping the site clean, and learning basic car wash maintenance tasks. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are critical. Past experience with general plumbing, electrical, and maintenance tasks would truly set a candidate apart and would be required to start at the higher end of the compensation range. Compensation This position pays $16-$23 per hour , depending on experience, reliability, availability, and ability to perform both customer service and maintenance responsibilities. Training Paid training will be provided upon hiring. Initial training is expected to last 2-3 days with ongoing training available as needed. Schedule This position is expected to be 25-40 hours per week . Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and peak customer traffic times.

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
