Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, powertrain systems, and electrical systems will be essential in providing high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues. Conduct repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems. Align wheels and perform other necessary adjustments to ensure vehicle safety. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in a dealership or independent shop. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus. Experience with auto estimating and understanding of parts pricing is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
