• Full-time St Johnsbury Subaru is looking for a skilled A/B Level Service Technician to join our busy and well-equipped shop in St Johnsbury.

Duties Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of automotive systems, with an emphasis on electrical and diagnostic work Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time to maximize quality and customer satisfaction (CSI) Document all work clearly on repair orders, including cause, correction, and recommended services Road test vehicles to confirm repairs and identify additional needed work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with service advisors and the parts department to keep jobs moving Stay current with Mitsubishi technical training and updates Experience 2-5 years minimum of automotive technician experience (A/B level) Strong electrical and diagnostic skills — this is a core requirement of the role Ability to read wiring diagrams and use modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) Subaru or import experience a plus, but not required Own set of professional tools Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Solid work ethic, dependability, and a team-first attitude High school diploma or equivalent
