Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor looking to support and guide a loyal community of car owners? As our Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly, welcoming, and trusted communicator at the front counter. Your expertise will guide customers through their service experience, translating technical details into clear, honest recommendations. You'll oversee shop workflow, collaborate with technicians, and ensure each vehicle's journey is seamless and satisfying. A Day in
Your Role:
Manage the complete customer experience—from greeting, creating parts and labor estimates, to frequent follow-ups, final invoicing, and vehicle delivery. Listen carefully to customer concerns and craft accurate, needs-based service plans, using your experience to guide them through repairs that prioritize their needs and safety. Collaborate with technicians to build precise parts and labor estimates, ensuring a productive and continuous workflow. Oversee parts sourcing, dispatching, and daily scheduling to meet the needs of both the shop and our valued customers. Maintain detailed documentation and process payments efficiently.
