Schedule is on a rotation and will include some Saturdays. Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is growing and looking for a skilled and motivated Complete Maintenance Technician to join our service team! As a Complete Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our customers by performing routine maintenance and light repair services on Toyota vehicles and other makes/models. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Accurately document services completed and communicate findings with advisors Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship What You'll Bring Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience is required Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills ASE certifications (a plus, but not required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with and passion for the Toyota brand is a plus A strong desire to grow with this team through manufacturer training Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
