Job Description
Job Overview Emerald Motors is a growing independent dealership with a strong and consistent flow of vehicles, ensuring steady work for our service team. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Automotive Technicians with hands-on mechanical experience. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a shop environment, can perform maintenance and repairs independently, and takes pride in producing quality work. Additional training is available for the right candidate who wants to continue developing their skills. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles Complete brakes, suspension work, tire services, batteries, and general repairs Assist with diagnostics and accurately identify repair needs Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings Maintain organized and accurate service records Keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient Collaborate with team members to maintain shop productivity Qualifications ✔ At least 1-3 years of mechanical or automotive experience ✔ Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision ✔ Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment ✔ Valid driver's license required Dealership experience and ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Compensation $18 - $40 per hour , depending on experience and skill level.
