Position Summary Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level Automotive Technician for a growing, customer-focused repair shop in Centralia, WA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity with no weekends, competitive flat-rate pay, and a strong team-oriented culture built around quality workmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across all major vehicle systems Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance-related concerns Complete brake, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and A/C system repairs Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document findings electronically Utilize scan tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues efficiently Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Uphold high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction Qualifications 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on diagnostic expertise Shop is specifically seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency with scan tools and digital inspection platforms ASE certifications preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $35•45/hr flat rate depending on experience and certifications Earning potential well over $100K annually Monday-Friday schedule — no nights or weekends Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid holidays and vacation Paid training and continuing education support Tool reimbursement program Fully digital workflow — no paper repair orders or inspections About the Shop This established independent repair facility has been serving the community for over 15 years and has built a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
