Larson Cadillac is hiring a Journeyman Flat-Rate Technician to join our growing service team. This is a strong opportunity for experienced technicians who want consistent workflow, a professional shop environment, and the ability to maximize earning potential in a productive dealership setting. Our Cadillac service department is built to support high productivity, with steady repair flow, modern equipment, and a team structure designed to help skilled technicians stay consistently booked and efficient. This role is best suited for technicians who take pride in their work, can work independently in a flat-rate environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings in a busy, well-supported shop. Requirements:
ASE certifications are ideal. Strong automotive background 1 year minimum shop experience Strong teamwork skills Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check. Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
