In this vital role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of recreational vehicle systems, utilizing your mechanical skills and technical knowledge to deliver outstanding service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our customers on the road with confidence and peace of mind. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and Axles. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues involving electrical systems and soldering techniques; repair or replace wiring harnesses and electronic modules as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, assemble, and test RV components; perform welding and equipment repairs when necessary. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures clearly, providing excellent customer service throughout the service process. Maintain detailed records of diagnostics performed, repairs completed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle to ensure accurate documentation. Experience Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in diagnostics and repairs. Hands-on experience working with heavy-duty vehicles or RVs is highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, HVAC systems, solar, and suspension components. Ability to operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic software efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environments; attention to safety protocols at all times.
