Job Description

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Fleet Mechanic where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles and equipment. We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in automotive repair and maintenance.
Duties:
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our extensive inventory of machinery and tools Range of knowledge; Gas vehicles, skid steers, excavators', generators, and landscaping equipment. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and our fleet vehicles, ensuring they're always in top condition for our customers' needs. Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on a diverse range of equipment, including large machinery and small tools Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, ranging from basic tune-ups to complex component replacements, to keep equipment in optimal working condition Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently, utilizing diagnostic tools and your expertise to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and rental regulations Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of repairs, minimizing downtime for rented equipment Provide excellent customer service, offering guidance and assistance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic with gas engines repair and diagnosis as well as light duty to HD vehicles (skid steers, tractors, mini excavators) Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to weld preferred Ability to perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively, minimizing equipment downtime Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you are a skilled Fleet Mechanic looking to join a dynamic team, apply now to be part of our growing organization.
