We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled diagnostician who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of vehicles Perform mechanical repairs on European, Domestic, and Asian/Foreign vehicles Troubleshoot complex drivability, electrical, and performance-related concerns Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while meeting shop productivity goals Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly Maintain a clean and organized work area Adapt to a wide range of repair situations and vehicle platforms Qualifications Previous professional experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical) Experience working on European, Domestic, and Foreign vehicles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must provide and maintain your own tools Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient Preferred Skills (Highly Desired) Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and fabrication) Custom fabrication experience Automotive performance upgrade experience, including aftermarket modifications, tuning support, suspension, turbo/supercharger systems, or related performance work Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Hourly and flat-rate opportunities available for the right candidate Growth opportunities within a performance-oriented automotive environment If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, excels at diagnostics, and enjoys working on everything from daily drivers to performance builds, we'd love to hear from you.
