Automotive Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities Diagnose automotive problems as they arise Conducting inspections, repairing engine failure, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team Automotive Technician/Mechanic Compensation and Benefits Our Pay Plan is a flat rate, depending on experience.
