This is NOT an entry-level, lube tech, or general service position.
You MUST have:
3+ years working as an automotive technician in a professional repair shop Hands-on diagnostic and driveability experience (you can actually find the problem, not just read codes) Ability to work independently on a wide range of repairs without hand-holding A professional attitude and pride in your work If that's you, keep reading. 3+ years of professional auto repair experience with solid diagnostic and repair skills You're comfortable diagnosing driveability and electrical issues—not just reading codes and swapping parts You're the kind of tech who enjoys solving problems—not cutting corners or being rushed through sloppy work You're a car enthusiast who genuinely loves the craft—not just punching a clock You want more than "just another job"—you're looking for a place where your skills are valued and your career has a future You're a fit for our team culture: dependable, straightforward, honest, and willing to pull your weight ASE certifications are a plus—we will assist you to Master Certification
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
Entry-level techs, lube techs, or tire changers looking for on-the-job training Parts swappers who can't diagnose without someone holding their hand Job hoppers who've been at five shops in two years Anyone who brings drama and excuses instead of tools and work ethic However, if you're a solid tech looking for a place to plant your flag and actually enjoy coming into work—you might've just found your next (and last) shop.
