VW of Olympia is looking to add a full-time Service Porter Concierge to support our growing business needs. A successful candidate must have computer skills, be detailed oriented, excellent customer service skills, be comfortable driving a shuttle van, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Monday-Friday Responsibilities:

Must be able to provide great customer service in person and on the phone Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments Assist in transporting customers with shuttle drives Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments. Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise.
