Working alongside experienced technicians, you will develop valuable diagnostic and repair skills while helping keep vehicles safe and reliable for operation. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles Assist with repairs involving engines, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and transmissions Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues Complete service records and maintenance documentation accurately Conduct road tests when necessary to confirm repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Support senior technicians with repair and maintenance projects Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous automotive, diesel, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and positive work ethic ASE certification and/or CDL are a plus but not required Equal Opportunity Employer Bryson Sales is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
