Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery to execute repairs efficiently and precisely. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and auto estimating software to determine repair procedures and costs. Service vehicles with routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal performance. Repair and replace components related to automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete quality inspections and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, alignment machines, and diagnostic software. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is highly desirable. Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and build trust. Ability to read technical manuals and auto estimating software accurately for efficient workflow management. Strong service technician experience with a focus on vehicle maintenance, automotive repair processes, and troubleshooting complex issues.
