You hold your ASE certifications, you have eight or more years of real shop experience behind you, and you have developed the kind of instincts that only come from time spent solving problems others could not. • 42/hr flat rate You have put in the years, earned your certifications, and built a reputation for doing the work right the first time.

Three to seven years in the trade, ASE certified, and you know your way around the shop without needing your hand held. You are consistent, you protect your efficiency, and you take pride in a clean ticket with no comebacks. You are not looking for a perfect shop, you are looking for a fair one with enough volume to let you do what you do best. That is exactly what this is. C Tech — Service Technician | $18

• 30/hr flat rate You are early in your career and you are serious about building it the right way.

You have got formal training behind you, vocational school, trade program, or real shop time, and you know enough to know how much more there is to learn. You show up ready, you take direction well, and you understand that the shop you develop in shapes the technician you become.
