Full Job Description Description:
Experienced Service Advisor Opportunity in a High-Volume Dealership Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. This is a performance-driven role requiring prior experience in service advising, express service writing, or automotive technician work .
What You Will Receive Salary:
$74,000
  • $136,000/year
Competitive Commission Structure:
Rewarding pay structure with potential for growth. 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone. 5.25% for CSI above zone. 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone. Consistent high-volume repair order flow Strong technician and parts department support Advancement opportunities into Service Management or Fixed Ops leadership What You Will Do Manage customer repair orders from intake to delivery Communicate diagnostics, recommendations, and updates Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers Ensure accuracy in estimates, approvals, and documentation Maintain strong follow-up and customer communication What We Are Looking For Prior automotive service advisor or express advisor experience required Technician background strongly preferred Strong understanding of dealership workflow and repair processes Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions Excellent communication and organizational skills Important Expectations This is a high-performance role in a busy dealership environment requiring: Strong multitasking ability High attention to detail Consistent communication and follow-up Ability to manage workload under pressure

Requirements:
Provide above average Customer Service. Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations. Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude. Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to take direction well.
