Experienced Automotive Technician Opportunity Larson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our high-volume service department. This role is best suited for technicians with prior experience in dealership or independent shop environments who are confident diagnosing and repairing modern vehicle systems. What You'll Do Perform diagnostics and repair on complex vehicle systems Work on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, and electrical systems Use OEM-level diagnostic tools and procedures Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors Maintain efficiency and quality in a high-volume workflow Participate in ongoing technical training and certification development What You'll Get $93,000- $208,000 annual earning potential (performance-based) Consistent high-volume workload Manufacturer-led training and certification support Modern shop with up-to-date diagnostic equipment Strong parts and service advisor support team Clear advancement opportunities within fixed operations What We're Looking For Prior automotive technician experience required or strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Experience in dealership or high-volume shop environment preferred ASE certifications preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Benefits & Perks Medical Insurance with a $0-cost employee plan option (after 60 days) Optional Dental & Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life & AD&D Insurance ($10,000 Life / $40,000 AD&D)

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred Ability to communicate effectively with others. A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to understand and apply common sense.
