What We Offer Health, medical, and dental benefits 401K Paid time off and vacation Growth and advancement opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Long-term job stability Flexible work schedule Responsibilities Travel to customer locations in a company-provided mobile service van Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs including engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical work Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicles, including trucks and light-duty commercial units Complete scheduled maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer concerns on site Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep work moving efficiently Document repairs accurately and keep customers informed throughout the process Stay current with Ford training, tools, and technical service bulletins Maintain the mobile service vehicle and ensure it reflects professional standards Qualifications A true jack-of-all-trades technician with strong diagnostic, electrical, engine, drivability, HVAC, and brake experience Five or more years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent shop Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ASE certifications preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently Comfortable using diagnostic software, tablets, and digital repair orders Able to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions when required Go Auto is an equal opportunity employer.
