Job Description
Truck Mechanic We are seeking a skilled and dependable Truck Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on diesel and gas trucks, installing aftermarket truck accessories, and performing mechanical repairs and upgrades. Experience with suspension systems, fuel delivery systems, auto body repair and upfitter background is highly valued. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on diesel and gas trucks. Install aftermarket truck accessories, including lift kits, leveling kits, running boards, bumpers, lighting, bed accessories, trailer hitches and related equipment. Install and service fuel system components, including transfer pumps, auxiliary fuel tanks, fuel filtration systems, and related equipment. Perform software updates, calibration, and configuration of fuel management and vehicle accessory systems. Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety. Assisting in the processes of protective coatings to truck beds, trailers, and other equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications Diesel truck experience preferred. Required experience installing aftermarket truck accessories. Experience with suspension systems, fuel tanks, electrical wiring and basic 12v knowledge. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
