Full Job Description Semi-Trailer Technician Pay:

Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience

Additional Pay:

Monthly efficiency commission

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | Off on major holidays

We are looking for a Semi-Trailer Technician to join our service team and help maintain and repair customer equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-trailers Perform preventative maintenance inspections (PMs) Repair and troubleshoot ABS systems Perform disc and drum brake repairs Electrical work including lights and trailer systems Welding and light fabrication Roll-up door repairs Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Work with shop foreman and team members to complete repairs Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of mechanical experience preferred (not required) Own tools and toolbox or willingness to purchase Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks Must be able to pass a drug test Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Referral program Mountain West Utility Trailer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
