What You'll Be Doing Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RMC plant equipment and components to ensure safe, reliable operation. Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively. Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency. Utilize tools, diagnostic systems, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately. Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures. What Are We Looking For Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment. Capability to interpret technical manuals and use diagnostic tools effectively. Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
