That want to Join our team and advance in there career! We pay top dollar for top professionals! Starting from $22.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience. Job Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions Ideal Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred High volume mentality Proficiency in basic computer skills required Positive attitude Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment Strong organizational and time management skills Valid Driver's License in applicable state (WA, or ability to obtain upon relocation) and a good driving record Must be able to drive a manual
