Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Motors (GM) Master Automotive Technician to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, extensive experience with GM vehicles, and a passion for vehicle maintenance. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of automotive service. Compensation Pay is structured on a flat rate pay plan , rewarding efficiency and productivity. GM Master Automotive Technicians can earn up to $55/hour based on experience and performance. $2500 sign on bonus Experience GM Master Automotive Technician certification is required. Proven experience in automotive service and dealership repair, with a strong focus on GM vehicles. Extensive mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues. Experience in engine and transmission diagnostics, repairs, and replacements. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately. Perform engine and transmission diagnostics, repairs, and replacements. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems and mechanical components. Conduct alignments and other necessary adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
