Fleet Technician (North) We Energies United States, Wisconsin, Appleton Jun 09, 2026 We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Fleet Technician (North) in our Appleton, WI location. This position is represented by Local 2150. Job Responsibilities The Fleet Technician performs the following duties: Maintains, repairs, and services vehicles and equipment that are essential to other work groups to ensure that they are safe, functional, and available when needed and in accordance with DOT regulations
Performing troubleshooting and diagnosing current or potential vehicle and equipment malfunctions
Temporary or permanent repairs and component rebuilding on trucks, construction, automotive and auxiliary equipment
Preventative maintenance
Miscellaneous duties as required or assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must have a minimum of two years' experience as an automotive or truck mechanic within the past four years
Applicant must have a valid driver's license and meet the company's requirements for driving
The selected applicant must obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) within 90 days of entry into the job
The applicant must comply with DOT commercial driver's license (CDL) drug and alcohol testing requirements
Testing requirements Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) - Other level: Comprehension of pictured mechanical principles such as gears, levers, pulley systems, water flow, etc.; arithmetic skills in calculating distances shown in prints and drawings; and the ability to read and understand written material.

$55.19 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future.
