Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential tire services, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will ensure every car leaves the shop in top condition, fostering trust and loyalty with every service. Responsibilities Perform tire rotations, replacements, repairs, and alignments with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics equipment and mechanical knowledge Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform repairs and maintenance tasks Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with tire service equipment, alignment tools, and oil change procedures Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience using hand tools and power tools effectively Ability to lift heavy tires and vehicle parts safely during service procedures Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and communication Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new skills as needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in automotive service. Pay:
$23.01 - $26.00 per hour
