Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and commited employees who enjoy working with their hands and are willing to learn new skills. No experience is required as we offee on-site training, but those who come with prior experience have an opportunity for a higher starting wage. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for our customers. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on various types of recreational vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns
• Repair or replace damaged components, parts, or systems
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations
• Test and adjust RV systems to ensure proper functionality
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles and techniques
• Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment
• Familiarity with electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
