Fond du lac, WI Full-Time About Schieks RV Join a dealership that does things differently. ✔ Family Owned & Operated Since 1978 ✔ One of Wisconsin's most trusted RV dealerships ✔ Keystone Exclusive Dealer Schieks RV is growing rapidly and looking to add an Experienced RV Technician to our Fond du lac, WI team. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills who can handle a wide variety of RV repairs and take pride in quality workmanship. If you're experienced, dependable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a family-owned dealership that values its employees — we want to talk to you. What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair RV systems, components, and appliances
- Perform slide-out repairs and adjustments
- Repair and replace RV roofing systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, propane, and water systems
- Install and repair accessories, components, and hitch equipment
- Complete pre-delivery inspections and quality checks
- Perform warranty, customer pay, and internal repair work
- Maintain clean, accurate repair orders and documentation
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
- Experience repairing RV slide-outs, appliances, roofing systems, and major components
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, propane, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude (non-negotiable)
- Must have own basic tools Helpful Certifications / Experience
- RVTI Certification (preferred but not required)
- RV, automotive, construction, service, or skilled trade experience
- Welding, fabrication, or carpentry experience is a plus Why Work Here
