Overview Join our dynamic team as a Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems and components, ensuring each vehicle is safe, reliable, and ready for adventure. Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on RVs to identify mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various systems including, brakes, suspensions, shocks & struts. Execute routine services such as to keep vehicles operating smoothly. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems knowledge to complete repairs efficiently. Assist with assembly and disassembly of RV components during repair or upgrade processes while adhering to safety standards. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and perform equipment repair or replacement as needed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Extensive mechanical knowledge across vehicle maintenance disciplines including transmissions, HVAC systems, suspension components, and heavy-duty engine repair. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and automotive electrical systems. Experience with tire service, wheel alignment, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, oil changes, and plumbing systems in RVs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Knowledge of diesel engines and auto body repair is a plus; certification in automotive electrical or mechanical fields is advantageous.
