This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering quality work, and wants to grow with a company that values reliability, safety, and exceptional customer service. Since 2008 , Midwest Maintenance LLC has provided professional commercial fleet washing, pressure cleaning, and maintenance services throughout Wisconsin. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to learn and become valuable members of our team. Responsibilities Perform commercial truck, trailer, and fleet washing services. Operate pressure washing and truck washing equipment safely and efficiently. Clean commercial vehicles and equipment to company quality standards. Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and maintenance. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies. Complete job documentation as required. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Provide professional and courteous customer service at every job site. Work independently and as part of a team. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving a 22-24 ft. company flatbed truck (preferred; training available for the right candidate). Previous truck washing, pressure washing, detailing, construction, landscaping, or other outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Schedule Work is regularly scheduled on the following days: Monday Every Other Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Hours may vary based on customer scheduling, weather conditions, and business needs.
