The Role:

Automotive Technician You'll diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical vehicle issues with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. This is not a "guess and swap parts" shop.

Your job is to:

Diagnose issues using proper testing procedures Perform maintenance and inspections Handle advanced repairs based on your skill level Communicate clearly with the service advisor and team Make sure every vehicle leaves safe, reliable, and fixed correctly We run structured morning huddles and track performance so you always know where you stand and where you can improve. Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts No weekends What You'll Earn $30-$45/hr based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Top performers in our shop earn more You're a Great Fit If You… Have 3+ years of automotive repair experience Can diagnose and repair vehicles without constant supervision Take pride in doing quality work Show up consistently and fully engaged Communicate well and work well with a team
