Job Description
We are a family-owned used car dealership seeking an experienced and motivated mechanic to join our team. Unlike a traditional shop, we do not service the public—your focus will be on reconditioning our own inventory to get vehicles ready for sale. There is always plenty of work available, with steady hours (40+ per week). What you'll be working on: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on inventory vehicles Performing necessary maintenance and repair work to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for sale What we're looking for: Solid mechanical experience; dealership or reconditioning experience is a plus Strong diagnostic skills and ability to think through issues, not just swap parts Efficiency in completing repairs while maintaining quality Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to keep learning
