Job Description
Job Summary This position performs various maintenance/mechanic duties and tasks as assigned at the company's home based shop in Larsen. This may include but is not limited to: troubleshooting, maintaining vehicles (light mechanics), equipment and facilities.
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have the ability to accept and follow direction
- Must have willingness to be trained and excitement for learning
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Must be self-motivated
- Previous shop experience preferred
- Must have a valid DL and good driving record Responsibilities and Duties On a
Daily Basis:
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair Electric Airless Paint Sprayers, Scissors-lifts, and small fleet of vehicles.
- Maintain function, inventory, cleanliness and organization of shop. On occasion you will travel to job sites located across the state of WI to deliver/pick up items (often pulling a trailer w/ equipment). Qualifications and Skills
- At MJLP things can change quickly at times--must be able to "roll with the punches" as well as have awesome decision making skills and time management.
- Previous shop management/supervisory experience required.
- Light duty mechanics experience required.
