Job Description

Automotive Service Advisor Ness Auto Sales and Service - Lodi, WI Ness Auto Sales and Service is a family-owned and operated automotive repair shop that has proudly served the Lodi area for over 60 years. We are growing and looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that works together to achieve goals, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling customer appointments Greeting customers and building lasting relationships Dispatching repair orders to technicians Sourcing parts and coordinating with vendors Preparing estimates and repair recommendations Explaining needed repairs and maintenance in a clear, professional manner Following up with customers throughout the repair process Invoicing repair orders when work is completed Working closely with technicians and management to keep workflow efficient Helping the team achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: At least 1 recent year of Automotive Service Advisor experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with dispatching work and managing workflow Knowledge of automotive parts sourcing and estimating Sales experience and the ability to explain repairs confidently Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A positive attitude and a team-first mentality A desire to grow and succeed with a locally owned business Benefits We value our employees and offer a competitive benefits package including: Up to 3 weeks of paid vacation Health insurance with company sponsorship Dental insurance Paid holidays Friendly, team-oriented work environment Stable, long-term employment with a respected local business Opportunities for growth and advancement If you're looking for a career where you can make a difference, work with great people, and help customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable, we'd love to meet you.
