This role is for someone who can diagnose and repair vehicles on their own and takes pride in doing the job right. If you want steady work, fair pay, and a shop that treats you like a human, not a number, this might be a good fit. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues Perform engine, brake, suspension, steering, and HVAC repairs Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to find and fix problems Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate clearly with the service advisor and team Keep your work area clean and safe Stay up to date on changing vehicle technology What We're Looking For 5+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time well Must have own tools Good attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Steady workload year-round Clean, well-equipped shop with modern tools Paid holidays and paid time off Health insurance and additional benefits available Supportive, low-drama work environment Work Environment & Requirements This position is full-time and at-will employment in accordance with Wisconsin law Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet We are an Equal Opportunity Employer We maintain a safe and professional workplace
