Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Technician with a reliable vehicle to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, installation, and repair services at various client sites, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Your hands-on expertise and ability to navigate construction and industrial environments will be vital in delivering top-notch service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse settings, utilizing your technical skills to solve problems and support our clients' needs. Duties Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of heavy equipment and machinery using hand tools and power tools Perform rigging tasks to safely lift, move, and position heavy components or equipment on construction sites or industrial facilities Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, trucks, or other construction equipment to facilitate installation or maintenance activities Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues, replace parts, and ensure machinery operates efficiently Weld components as needed for repairs or assembly using appropriate welding techniques Follow safety protocols rigorously while working on construction sites or oil & gas facilities Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and site conditions for reporting purposes Experience Proven experience working on construction sites or in industrial environments with hands-on technical tasks Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts and trucks safely and efficiently Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in rigging, welding, and using hand and power tools Familiarity with oil & gas industry standards is a plus but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable vehicle required for travel between sites Prior experience working with construction or industrial equipment is highly desirable Join us if you're eager to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount.
