Job Description

Service Advisor
  • Automotive Service Department Location:
    Subaru Of Morgantown, WV Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a great customer experience? We're looking for a Service Advisor to be the friendly, confident face of our service department. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Previous dealership experience required. Subaru experience is a plus!
  • What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
  • Listen to client needs and clearly communicate service recommendations
  • Coordinate service appointments and keep customers updated
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient process
